This is an e-service that allows exporters, importers, and logistics companies to apply for the establishment of storage areas and track their applications until the operating license for the area is issued.

Service Steps

Submit the request via ZATCA website and attach the required documents. You can also track the status of your request online. After reviewing the request by ZATCA:

In the event of an acceptance, the establishment will be granted preliminary approval and begin to provide the essential operational requirements and conditions.
In the event of a rejection, the establishment will be notified, including the reasons for the rejection, and the request will be modified accordingly.

ZATCA's officials will visit the bonded zone to confirm that the requirements and conditions are implemented.

If the requirements and regulations are met, the establishment will be granted a final approval and a license to start operations.
If the requirements and conditions are not met, the initial approval will be cancelled and the request will be rejected, with an explanation of the reasons.
