Tax Residency Certificate
This is an e-service that allows individuals residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to issue Tax Residency Certificates (TRC), in accordance with the Saudi Income Tax Law or other agreements to avoid double taxation on nationals of countries that constitute a party of such agreements, to be exempt from income tax. The service also allows users to inquire about the status of certificate issuance and the result of the request.

  • Go to "General Services”
  • Enter the “Tax Residency Certificate Service”
  • Complete the required information ​

A person who owns a permanent residence is allowed to stay in the Kingdom for 30 days, while those who do not have a permanent residence (whether connected or dispersed) are allowed to stay for 183 days.

A valid passport.

A proof of residency.
