ZATCA strives to deploy new technology that enhances the platform, makes it more accessible, and attracts more users. It also attempts to apply the highest standards to its electronic platforms.

The Authority has endeavored to provide the following in recognition of the right of elderly individuals and people with disabilities to access all electronic information and services:
1. Multiple channels for services
The Authority constantly seeks to develop its support of clients. To this end, it has created several channels for providing e-services in a safe and reliable manner, and at no additional charges. The channels include the electronic services portal and ZATCA App, in addition to the authority's channels through social media.
2. Beneficiary's Journey
A comprehensive portal is provided that contains a series of various educational journeys in a simplified manner for the Authority Services, including information on zakat, taxes, and customs; this portal is targeted the Authority beneficiaries, for details click here
3. Reading Tools
You can use this feature to change the page colors of the portal to three degrees to adjust the vision that suits you.
You can use this feature to enlarge and reduce the pages of the portal to adjust the size that suits you.
You can use this feature to change the font size on all pages of the portal to set the appropriate font size for you.
