It is an e-service that enables taxpayers to register for income tax for foreign establishments, income tax applies to any natural or legal person conducting business in the kingdom, non-residents earning income from sources within the kingdom, resident capital companies on the shares of non-Saudi partners, and individuals working in the production of oil and hydrocarbon materials. After the establishment is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, a TIN is generated for the taxpayer to complete the registration for the foreign establishments’ income tax services through the ZATCA’s e-portal.

‍This e-service allows you to file all related income tax returns for a specified period of time (including transaction pricing documents). Your tax return will be available to be filed on time at ZATCA portal.

This e-service allows you to file a request to amend a filed CIT return.

This e-service allows users to file a request to reduce the prices of the second and third expedited payments in proportion to the decrease in income, upon of submission of proof to ZATCA that the income for the tax year decreased by at least (30%) compared to the previous year.
