If you are a resident who made payments to a non-resident within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, then you shall apply withholding tax on the unpaid amounts due to the non-resident in accordance with the applicable tax rate. This E-service allows you to submit declarations on the withholding tax amounts.

Service Steps

Login to ZATCA’s Website
Go to Returns, then choose “View Returns” and then choose “Monthly Withholding Tax”
Create the Returns to be filed: “New Monthly Withholding Tax Return”
Submit the Receipt Return Form and a copy of the tax return and invoice
You'll get a confirmation of receipt, a copy of the tax return, and an invoice
