An e-service enables authorized government entities to submit and track requests regarding the restriction, prohibition, or lifting of restrictions on specific customs tariff items.

This e-service provides the beneficiary with a review of the pledges and their status within a specified period at all customs ports in order to take the necessary action to pay the pledges based on the status and date of the end of the pledge, including non-disposition pledges and various documentary pledges.

An e-service that allows an economic operator (AEO) to get an advance ruling prior to the arrival of the consignment to be imported, as well as to request preferential treatment for products covered by international trade agreements.

This e-service allows international travelers to fill out the declaration form for declarable items and submit it to customs officials upon entering or leaving Saudi Arabia. Such items include: - Currencies, bearer negotiable instruments, gold bars, precious metals, gemstones and jewelry of a value of 40,000 riyals or more or their equivalent in foreign currencies. - Goods in commercial quantities or at a value higher than 3,000 riyals. - Goods subject to excise tax. - Prohibited and restricted goods and items. The list of items to be declared for international travelers departing Saudi Arabia is limited to the following: - Currencies, bearer negotiable instruments, gold bars, precious metals, gemstones and jewelry of a value of 40,000 riyals or more or their equivalent in foreign currencies. - Items prohibited for export (such as antiquities, etc.) and subsidized items.
