Service Steps

  • Fill in all required fields.  
  • Attach any supporting documents (if applicable).  
  • If the request is incomplete, you will receive a message specifying the missing information/documents.  
  • Once complete, you will receive a confirmation message accepting the request.​
Submittal of the request with information and documents as required and specified in the Request for Mutual Agreement Procedure- Taxpayer Guide.
