Enter service via ZATCA website
Click the "Electronic Services" tab, then select " Value Added Tax"
Click the service " Registeration of persons eligible for a refund in VAT"
Fill in the requested form as eligible for a VAT refund
Once the request has been submitted, you will be sent a notification by SMS and Email

The association and other similar must be licensed under a statutory document that authorizes them to carry out the activities that they are entitled to perform, including public charitable activities.
The association's or charity institution's disbursements, and the like, must be directed to the benefit of the public, with no commercial or financial interest.
To be listed on the Ministry of Finance's permitted list (for diplomatic and international organizations).
Not engaging in a VAT-taxable economic activity.

Tax Ruling (Registered Taxpayers)

This E-service can be used to submit requests for interpretative decisions to request an opinion from ZATCA on the interpretation of the provisions of the tax laws and regulations applicable within the Kingdom (Value Added Tax, Income Tax and Withholding tax) and the mechanism for their application to transactions related to the applicant's activity. This shall be in accordance with the conditions and controls set out in the Interpretative Decisions Guidelines.
