Service Steps

  • ​​​​​​​​Enter service via ZATCA website
  • Clic​k the "Electronic Services" tab, then select " Value Added Tax"
  • Click the service " Registeration of persons eligible for a refund in VAT"
  • Fill in the requested form as eligible for a VAT refund
  • Once the request has been submitted, you will be sent a notification by SMS and Email​​
The association and other similar must be licensed under a statutory document that authorizes them to carry out the activities that they are entitled to perform, including public charitable activities.
The association's or charity institution's disbursements, and the like, must be directed to the benefit of the public, with no commercial or financial interest.
To be listed on the Ministry of Finance's permitted list (for diplomatic and international organizations).
