Deregistration of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) is an e-service that allows users to deregister their TIN
if their business is no longer eligible to pay Zakat or taxes in KSA.
This covers deregistration of Zakat and all other taxes, which indicates that users have ceased to carry out any economic activity and/or cease to exist as a legal entity. Upon cancellation of the Commercial Register, the TIN will be automatically deactivated in certain cases.

Service Steps

Log in to ZATCA website
Go to "Zakat and Tax Management”.
Select t "Zakat and Income Tax Services”.
Select "Update/deregister”.
Choose " deregister the TIN”.
Complete the required form and provide the reason for deregistration.
You will be notified once your TIN has been successfully deregistered.
