Cancel your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)

Deregistration of the Tax Identification Number (TIN) is an e-service that allows users to deregister their TIN
if their business is no longer eligible to pay Zakat or taxes in KSA.
This covers deregistration of Zakat and all other taxes, which indicates that users have ceased to carry out any economic activity and/or cease to exist as a legal entity. Upon cancellation of the Commercial Register, the TIN will be automatically deactivated in certain cases.

Service Steps

  • ​​​​​​​Log in to ZATCA website  
  • Go to "Zakat and Tax Management”.
  • Select t "Zakat and Income Tax Services”. 
  • Select "Update/deregister”.
  • Choose "Cancel your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)".
  • Complete the required form and provide the reason for deregistration.
  • You will receive notification by SMS and e-mail​ once your TIN has been successfully deregistered.

Exchange of Information Under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)

An e-service that allows the exchange of financial account information for U.S. citizens, based on an agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America. This e-service aims to enhance international tax compliance and implement the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).

Submit Customs Declaration for Travelers

This e-service allows international travelers to fill out the declaration form for declarable items and submit it to customs officials upon entering or leaving Saudi Arabia. Such items include: - Currencies, bearer negotiable instruments, gold bars, precious metals, gemstones and jewelry of a value of 40,000 riyals or more or their equivalent in foreign currencies. - Goods in commercial quantities or at a value higher than 3,000 riyals. - Goods subject to excise tax. - Prohibited and restricted goods and items. The list of items to be declared for international travelers departing Saudi Arabia is limited to the following: - Currencies, bearer negotiable instruments, gold bars, precious metals, gemstones and jewelry of a value of 40,000 riyals or more or their equivalent in foreign currencies. - Items prohibited for export (such as antiquities, etc.) and subsidized items.

Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Registration

It is an e-service that enables taxpayers to register for income tax for foreign establishments, income tax applies to any natural or legal person conducting business in the kingdom, non-residents earning income from sources within the kingdom, resident capital companies on the shares of non-Saudi partners, and individuals working in the production of oil and hydrocarbon materials. After the establishment is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, a TIN is generated for the taxpayer to complete the registration for the foreign establishments’ income tax services through the ZATCA’s e-portal.

Zakat Payment for Corporate

It is an e-service that allows you to pay outstanding dues via a SADAD invoice, either through online banking or an ATM, after submitting or amending the tax return. Once the payment is fulfilled, the certificate is proactively issued by the Authority and made available to the taxpayer via the e-portal.
