Improving the Income Tax Law through adding Provisions on;
1- Classifying Benefits of  board members as a personal income and considering them outside the scope of the taxable activity.
2- Considering non-resident partnerships as transparent entities if they are treated as such by the country in their jurisdiction.
3- Referring the tax treatment of Research, Development and Innovation expenses to the regulation.
4- Amending the Withholding categories and tax rates.
