Amendments to Article (75) of the VAT Implementing Regulations

Consulting Goals	Consulting aim to: The proposed revision aims to raise ZATCA’s compliance standards, as well as the rate of taxpayer commitment and the reliability of ZATCA’s opinions and interpretive decisions by omitting paragraph (5) of Article 75 of the VAT Implementing Regulations which stated that ZATCA is not bound by those opinions and interpretive decisions.
