User Manual - Print Customs Card

Steps to Print Customs Card:

Access the Website and E-Services

Access the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority website: zatca.gov.sa then click on "E-Services" from the top menu.

Select Print Customs Card Service

Filter services to "Customs Services" then select "Print Customs Card" service.

Leaving Site Message

A pop-up message "Leaving Site" will appear after clicking the "Start" button.

Redirect to Login Page

After clicking "Yes, Continue" button, the system will redirect you to the login page.

Login

Login with username and password "for Companies and Institutions" or through the National Single Sign-On platform "for Individuals".

Enter Verification Code

Enter the verification code sent via SMS to your mobile phone.

Select Search Type

Select the search type you want to search by:

Declaration
Single Card
Group of Cards

Fill Data and Search

Fill in the required data then click on "Search".

*The search type shown in the following steps is "Single Card"

Search Results and Print

The search results will appear. After selecting the customs card, click on "Print".

Download Customs Card

The customs card will be downloaded to your device.
