Steps to Submit Customs Declaration for Travelers:

Access the Website and E-Services

Access the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority website: zatca.gov.sa then click on "E-Services" from the top menu.

Select Submit Customs Declaration for Travelers Service

Search by using the search bar and select the "Submit Customs Declaration for Travelers" service.

Select Applicant Type

Select Applicant type (Citizen / Resident – Visitor) or review previous Declaration.

Select Arriving or Departing

Select Arriving or Departing from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

*The applicant type below is Visitor

Fill the Items Details

Fill the Items details then click on "Continue".

Review Items Details and Total Amount

The items details will appear with the total amount for review then click on "Continue".

Fill Personal and Trip Information

Fill the personal information and the trip & contact information then click on "Continue".

Acknowledge Terms and Conditions and Submit

Acknowledge the terms and conditions then click on "Submit".

Submission Confirmation and Payment

A window will appear with the request submit confirmation and you can pay the total amount with the online payment or directly through the SADAD number.
