After fulfilling all requirements successfully, GAZT topped its corporate excellence in terms of quality assurance and taxpayers’ services by getting two ISO certificate ((ISO 9001: 2015), (ISO 10002: 2018)).
The certificate of (ISO 9001: 2015) is internationally recognized for affirming the effectiveness of quality control systems, this reflects the high quality standards GAZT adopts in all activities along with the high quality services provided to taxpayers, which will eventually allow GAZT to align its strategic directions with the management system currently applied in order to continuously improve corporate performance.
The certificate of (ISO 10002: 2018) is internationally recognized for complaints processing and increasing customers satisfaction. This certificate represents GAZT success in establishing and running CRM systems with taxpayers, and its competence in resolving and finalizing complaints along with achieving the highest average of taxpayers satisfaction whether citizens or residents.
“GAZT is committed to its role in providing high quality services to taxpayers liable to Zakat and tax systems in Saudi Arabia, which helps taxpayers to fulfill their Zakat and tax commitments by freewill compliance.” Says His Excellency Engineer Suhail Bin Mohammed Abanmi, the Governor of GAZT, in the context of flattering this achievement.
In the same context, Deputy Governor for Strategy and Development affairs Mr. Mohannad Basodan had clarified that this level of performance couldn’t be achieved if it wasn’t for the continuous efforts of developing GAZT corporate structure along with developing services and improving staff efficiency, which will eventually make GAZT a role model in managing Zakat and tax in an effective and transparent way while focusing on taxpayers satisfaction.
GAZT Operational Excellence Department’s Head Engineer Abdallah Alfantokh had expressed his gratitude to all his colleagues in GAZT for their efforts that led to winning two IOS quality certificates. “achieving these two IOS quality certificates by GAZT from the very first assessment without recording any nonconformity and passing the audit successfully in a unique achievement, especially that the external auditing was performed by a leading international company that is well reputed for its great attention to details and accuracy of applying standards." Says Engineer Abdallah Alfantokh.
The auditing was performed by TUV NORD, the Germen group that is internationally reputed for quality and efficiency. Auditing process included a full review for procedures, systems and services provided to taxpayers by GAZT, it also included a follow up on the performance and mechanism of complaints processing along with ensuring that there are continuous improvements in GAZT.
