Automatic Registration Service

Through the electronic integration project along with the Ministry of Commerce, an enterprise is (automatically registered) in GAZT after the issuance of the Commercial Registration without the need to access GAZT portal to register. The enterprise receives a notification of registration through SMS and e-mail. The certificate of the electronic registration is attached in the notification, which enables the enterprise to manage all its commercial activities and to complete all its procedures and transactions with GAZT through one e-account only.

Verify Service

GAZT provides a service to verify the Zakat certificate for any enterprise through the service (Verify) by entering the VAT Certificate No., TIN, or Commercial Registration No. via the portal. Individuals and enterprises can both benefit from (Verify) service to ensure the registration of an enterprise in VAT using VAT Certificate No stated in the invoice or through Commercial Registration No. To learn more, click here.

Authorize Service

GAZT provides Foudh (Authorize) service for enterprises where they can authorize accounting offices and service providers they deal with to complete their procedures and transactions automatically, in addition to the possibility of authorizing more than one accounting office on specific services with identifying the duration of authorization. Immediate Certificate Service

Through its e-services, GAZT allows enterprises to submit their Zakat estimated return through the (Immediate Certificate) service. It consists of only three steps after which the system will display the Zakat calculation screen and details of the amounts to be paid. The certificate is issued immediately and automatically.
