This E-service allows organizations and companies that are not registered with ZATCA’s website to get a letter of no imports or exports.

It is an e-service that allows submitting the closuring a container request by using Fasah Platform, as well as allows to track the status of the request, and discover the reasons for rejection (if any). This e-service helps to manage the containers and increases flexibility to the shipping agent’s business requirements.

This service enables users to access and review ZATCA's auctions, as well as bid remotely in multiple auctions at the same time, without having to physically visit the bidding location or Customs ports.

Amendment of Registration Information is an e-service that allows users to amend or update the information they provided during registration, such as shareholder and financial data. If such information is updated by the Ministry of Commerce, the registration data on ZATCA's website will be automatically updated.
