Use SADAD Code 020 for ZATCA Payments

20 February 2024

The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) urged taxpayers and customers to use the Invoiced Number (020) in payment operations through all payment systems when paying zakat, tax, and customs dues, highlighting that the Invoiced Number (030) previously allocated for customs services was canceled, and the Invoiced Number (020) was adopted to complete payments for all ZATCA-related services, whether zakat, tax, or customs.

ZATCA highlighted to all beneficiaries of its services the significance of using just the Invoiced Number (020) in order to ensure that zakat, tax, and customs dues are paid appropriately.

As ZATCA urged the taxpayers and customers to use ZATCA's channels, including the unified number (19993), which operates 24/7, or the "Ask Zakat, Tax and Customs" account on the (X) platform (@Zatca_Care), e-mail (info@zatca.gov.sa), or instant chats via ZATCA's website (zatca.gov.sa), confirming that it receives through these channels all inquiries related to the obligations of taxpayers and customers and all the services it provides.
