A E-service that allows individuals, companies, and taxpayers to write letters online and receive progress updates on acceptance or rejection without having to visit Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority headquarters

Service Steps

  • ​​​National single sign on (NAFATH)
  • If you did not already register, register using your mobile phone number
  • Fill in the required fields and attach the transaction , and Submit the request
  • After reviewing the request, you will receive a text message indicating whether your request has been accepted or rejected, as well as the reasons for re-uploading it
  • You can inquire about and track the status of your request through the designated email or by contacting the Unified Call Center at 19993
An electronic letter in Arabic signed and addressed to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, provided that the letter is in PDF format.
The letter should not be specific to a transaction provided by the Authority through its website, such as: (inquiries and complaints, services of brokers, printing of import or export reports ... etc). The letter is also not specific to a financial claim or a government letter.
Attach a copy of the Commercial Register in case you choose "Establishment"
