Prerequisites

An electronic letter in Arabic signed and addressed to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, provided that the letter is in PDF format.
The letter should not be specific to a transaction provided by the Authority through its website, such as: (inquiries and complaints, services of brokers, printing of import or export reports ... etc). The letter is also not specific to a financial claim or a government letter.
