This service allows you to submit tax ruling requests to ZATCA in order to get an opinion on the interpretation of the provisions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's tax laws and regulations (VAT, CIT, and Withholding Tax) and the mechanism of their application to transactions related to the applicant's activity, in accordance with the conditions and controls specified in the Tax Ruling Request Guideline.
This service allows you to apply for a Zakat / Tax Certificate.
The income tax shall be applied to any natural or legal person engaged in an activity in the Kingdom and a non-resident who earns income from a source in the Kingdom and resident money companies on the shares of non-Saudi partners and persons engaged in the production of oil and hydrocarbons. Therefore, once the facility is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, a special TIN is created for the company. Once created, you will need to log in to the ZATCA portal to complete the initial registration at the ZATCA.
In cases where you have difficulty paying in the all amount due, this service allows you to request payment in installments.
