Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Registration
It is an e-service that enables taxpayers to register for income tax for foreign establishments, income tax applies to any natural or legal person conducting business in the kingdom, non-residents earning income from sources within the kingdom, resident capital companies on the shares of non-Saudi partners, and individuals working in the production of oil and hydrocarbon materials.
After the establishment is registered with the Ministry of Commerce, a TIN is generated for the taxpayer to complete the registration for the foreign establishments’ income tax services through the ZATCA’s e-portal.
