Open data refers to a set of public information available to the general public, enabling individuals and both public and private entities to access, use, and share it freely without restrictions, in accordance with the "Open Data Policy" issued by the National Data Management Office (NDMO). This data promotes transparency, accessibility, usability, and reusability, contributing to innovation and maximizing the value of data in decision-making and analysis.

Open data is based on clear standards ensuring that it is public information that can be shared, without containing sensitive or confidential data. This ensures a balance between making data accessible and protecting privacy, while complying with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

You can access the open data provided by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority through the following link: Open Data Sets or via the Saudi Open Data Portal.

If the required data is not available, you may submit a request to obtain it through the dedicated form below.

How to Submit a Request for Open Data​

To submit a request for open data, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the form below with the required information:
   • Entity type
   • Requester's name
   • Email address
   • Mobile number
   • Purpose of the data request
   • Description of the requested data
2. Review of the request by the relevant department: The request will be reviewed and analyzed by the relevant department.
3. Notification of request result: After the review is completed, you will be notified of the result of the request.

Response Time and Follow-up Procedure

The expected time to complete the request: 30 working days, with official working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
