Dr. Al-Fawzan is a member of the teaching staff of the Department of Islamic Studies at King Saud University. He is also a member of the Appeal Committee for Banking Disputes and Violations, the Appeal Committee for the Settlement of Financial Violations and Disputes, the Zakat Studies Committee of the International Islamic Economy and Finance Authority, and the Zakat and Tax Committee of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
Dr. Al-Fozan received his Ph.D. in Comparative Jurisprudence from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
