Dr. Al-Bunyan is a legal advisor and leader of the Consumer Protection Legislation Team at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment. He has previously led the team responsible for developing occupational hazards regulations at the General Organization for Social Insurance and a member of the New York State Bar Association. He participated in the preparation of a number of laws, regulations and organizations.
Dr. Al-Bunyan holds a Ph.D. in Law from Lewis and Clark College, USA, an MS in Information Systems from DePaul University, USA, an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University, USA, and a Bachelor of Information Systems from King Saud University.
