He is an Assistant Deputy Minister for Enforcement at the Ministry of Justice and as Chairman of the Sharia and Legal Committee of the Alimony Fund. He was the Head of the Advisory Department at Bank Albilad and Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Commerce.
In addition, he prepared and oversaw a group of legal and Sharia consultations. He also participated in a number of memberships, including those for the Installment Sale Violations Committee and the Office for the Settlement of Commercial Disputes.
He earned a master's degree in comparative law from the Higher Institute for the Judiciary, an MBA, Master of Business Administration, from Al-Yamamah University, a Diploma in International Finance from Washington State University, and got a Bachelor degree in Sharia, from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.
