ZATCA’s Digital Transformation Leader, with 21 years of experience. He has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing core business strategies within both the telecommunications and tax sectors.
Al Badrani, through his career, has developed various technical and non-technical teams amounting to 500 teams and held several leadership positions in ZATCA, most notably the Vice Governor of ZATCA for IT and Digitization and Director of the IT Department.
He also held the General Director of Governance and Asset Management position at the Saudi Telecom Company and other administrative positions in the company.
On the scientific level, Al Badrani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in the UK.
Responsibilities :
• Setting performance goals for Information Technology and Digitization and continuously monitoring progress towards achieving these goals.
• Guiding the change management process through the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices and changes in international standards and the business environment that require proactive action plans.
• Stimulating continuous improvement of IT processes in the authority from all dimensions - cost, time, and quality.
• Governing the authority's policies on digital transformation, systems, technologies, and infrastructure, while overseeing operations, ensuring quality, and coordinating with stakeholders.
