Mr. Hijer bin Daham Al-Badrani is currently the Vice Governor of ZATCA for IT and Digitization. He has 21 years of experience developing and implementing core business strategies in the telecommunication and tax sectors.
Al Badrani, through his career, has developed various technical and non-technical teams amounting to 500 teams and held several leadership positions in ZATCA, most notably the Vice Governor of ZATCA for IT and Digitization and Director of the IT Department.
He also held the General Director of Governance and Asset Management position at the Saudi Telecom Company and other administrative positions in the company.
On the scientific level, Al Badrani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester in the UK.
