Mr. Abdullah currently occupies the position of Vice Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority for Operations. He has held several leadership positions in ZATCA since 2017, as he was a project manager for implementation of VAT in the Kingdom and he played a prominent role in the implementation. Al-Sadhan also represents ZATCA in the membership of several boards of directors and several committees.

Al-Sadhan has more than 17 years of practical experience in the service and consultation sectors. Mr. Al-Sadhan has held various leadership positions and launched he led major projects including launching the electronic disclosure system for listed companies and Mutual funds in the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), in addition to that he arranging and coordinating the listing process for new issuers to the market. He participated in building and launch of the Qawaem system, which allowed all entities to deposit all financial statements electronically. Here, Al-Sadhan has also played a prominent role in establishing the Bayan Credit Bureau. He also worked as a Director of Planning and Performance in Saudi Telecom Company and as a consultant in the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants. Currently represents the membership of several board directors in ZATCA and several committees.

On the educational level, Al Sadhan holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in accounting from King Saud University and a diploma in commercial bank credit from the Arab Academy for Management and Banking Sciences.
