Mr. Aqeel bin Abdullah Al-Aqeel

Mr. Aqeel bin Abdullah Al-Aqeel currently serves as the Deputy Governor of Corporate Communication and Awareness at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

With extensive experience in the field, Mr. Al-Aqeel has held a number of prominent leadership roles in corporate communication and media. His previous positions include General Manager of Corporate Communication and Director of External Communication at ZATCA. He also served as Director of Media at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and held senior executive roles in digital media and social communication at the Arabian Agricultural Services Company (ARASCO).

Mr. Al-Aqeel holds a bachelor’s degree in Media and Public Relations, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Al Yamamah University, and a Diploma Certificate in Business Analytics and Decision Making from Washington University, US. 

Mr. Aqeel has also completed a number of advanced training programs in strategic leadership and corporate marketing from internationally well-known institutions, including Stanford University - US, IMD Business School - Lausanne, London Business School - UK, IE University - Madrid, and the International School of Communication (ISOC), specializing in communication and media skills development.
