With a distinguished career spanning senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, Eng. Ibrahim has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing national initiatives under Saudi Vision 2030. He is recognized for leading multi-entity programs and successfully transforming strategic goals into high-impact policies and actionable initiatives that drive sustainable development.
Eng. Ibrahim holds a Master's degree in Behavioural Economics from London Business School (LBS) and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He has also obtained several professional certifications in leadership and strategy execution.
