Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Namlah is currently an Advisor to the Minister of Finance has around 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, primarily within finance and business roles. His work varies over managerial leadership, personal banking, and information technology positions. Al-Namlah has held several leadership positions, including General Manager Retail Banking and Manager of Electronic Channel Management at Al Rajhi Bank and CEO of the Social Development Bank. He is a certified consultant in finance fields, leadership, communications, and information technology. He also serves on several boards, including the Saudi Export-Import Bank (EXIM), the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), the Authority for Persons with Disabilities, the Social Development Bank, the Institute of Public Administration, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, the National Center for Non-Profit Sector, the Arab Investment Company (TAIC), the Chairman of the Board of Saudi-Moroccan Investment of Development Company, and a Board member of the General Customs Authority.
Al-Namlah holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University, a Master's degree in Information Systems, a Master's degree in Engineering Management, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tech Florida, USA. Dr. Al-Namlah has published several research papers in international conferences and journals on information technology associated with Neutral Networks topics, specifically artificial intelligence and practical experimentation in the business sector. He has also published several scientific papers at international it-tight conferences on computer neural networks within the field of artificial intelligence and practical experiences in the business sector.
