•Saudi
•Bachelor's degree with 2.5/4 or 3.5/5 GPA
•Unemployed and not involved in training programs.

•Passing the interview and tests provided by the Authority and passing the medical examination

4.Request for Equivalence of Certificate for those who have obtained his qualification from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
