H.E. Abdulilah Abdulaziz Al-Duhaim is the Vice Governor for Executive Affairs at the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). His previous leadership roles at SAMA include Assistant Governor for Executive Affairs, Deputy Governor for Financial and Administrative Affairs, and Investment Risk and Performance Director
H.E. Al- Deheem serves as a board member of both SAMA and ZATCA. He brings extensive institutional expertise in investment management, financial risk, and digital transformation, additionally chairing and serving on various committees within SAMA.
On the academic front, H.E. Al- Deheem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He also completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Michigan Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and earned several specialized certifications in investment, risk management, and governance.
