Essam bin Abdulkader Al-Muhaidib is currently CEO of Al Muhaidib Group, Chairman of The National Housing Company, Banda Retail Company, Al-Romansiah Company, Saudi Tharwa. And Mayar Foods Company. He also chairs the Board of Directors of Health cluster in Eastern Province and Hafer Albatin. He also serves on several boards, including Savola Group, Roya Investment Company, Nestlé Water Middle East, Bawan, Abyat, Saudi Tabreed, Rafal Real Estate Development Company, Al Oula Real Estate Development Company, and The Economic Cities Authority.
He is also a member of several boards of directors of educational and social institutions and charities, and non-profit organizations, including a member of the Board of Directors of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and a member of the Board of Directors in the General Customs Authority.
Al-Muhaidib holds a bachelor's degree in statistics from King Saud University.
