Feedback sought on Temporary Admission Project

​The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has launched the Temporary Admission Service Improvement Project through the E-Participation Platform (Tafaul), to receive feedback and suggestions regarding the project, no later than December​ 16, 2025.

The Temporary Admission Service Improvement Project aims to improve and facilitate the customer’s experience, and to develop the temporary admission submission and extension service, by enhancing the submission mechanisms and presenting the best solutions for the current challenges.

The Temporary Admission Service Project comes as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of the zakat, tax and customs systems, which contributes to raising the level of compliance and commitment, and supporting the national economy, it also reflects its continuous dedication to raising zakat, tax and customs awareness among taxpayers and customers guaranteeing they receive the best experience and ensuring ease of doing business and facilitation of procedures.

ZATCA calls interested parties and the public to participate and share their views regarding the “Temporary Admission Service Improvement” project which can be viewed by visiting the E-Participation Platform (Tafaul).
