The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has invited taxpayers from the business sector subject to the Withholding Tax in the Kingdom to submit their tax returns for the last May before the 10th of June.
The Authority has encouraged taxpayers to hastily submit their tax returns via its website (zatca.gov.sa) to avoid the filing fee for late submissions, which is 1% of the unsettled tax every 30 days since the due date.
The Authority has called on taxpayers from the business sector who want to get further information about the Withholding Tax to contact the unified call center number (19993) available 24/7, or the Twitter account (@Zatca_Care), or via e-mail (info@zatca.gov.sa), or instant chat via the Authority's website (zatca.gov.sa).
The Withholding Tax is one of the tax regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which withholds from the total income of non-resident establishments that provide services within the Kingdom according to specific percentages stipulated in Article 63 of the Income Tax Law.
