The General Authority of Zakat and Tax has announced the third capacity building training program, which focuses on Saudi fresh graduates in a practical and professional environment. The program provides the trainees with the professional and practical knowledge and skills, which promotes their chances of finding employment in a competitive labor market in the Kingdom.
The Authority has announced that the number of trainees in the program's third year was 50 of both genders, who were selected according to certain criteria that guarantee that skilled university graduates join the program. The program aims to improve their professional skills inside GAZT headquarters through several training tracks such as processes, legal affairs, compliance, analysis and risk management.
The yearlong Capacity Building Program is provided by the Zakat & Tax Academy, which focuses on knowledge and skill development in the field of zakat and tax management and regulation. The Program provides several training and financial incentives to the trainees, most notably is the monthly salary for each trainee, an annual leave, medical insurance for the trainee and family members, and access to several training programs inside GAZT and elsewhere.
