Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has won the award for Best Contact Center in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for 2025 for the third consecutive time. During participation in the annual Contact Center World conference, held in the Greek capital, Athens, to honor leading and distinguished organizations in customer service, with participation from numerous government entities and companies worldwide.
ZATCA secured the gold award in the category of Best Contact Center for Outbound Campaigns globally, as the sole entity from the Middle East and North Africa region. This recognition stems from its excellence in applying the highest quality standards in delivering services to beneficiaries with efficiency and effectiveness across three sectors: outbound campaigns, government contact centers, and customer service. The evaluation process was conducted through multiple stages in accordance with the highest international standards, by judges and experts in the field of customer service.
