The land, sea, and air customs ports have continued their efforts to receive and serve pilgrims arriving in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, leveraging integrated capabilities aimed at managing the customs services system with high efficiency.
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) explained that it seeks, through its operational plan for the Hajj season, to contribute to facilitating the entry procedures for the pilgrims of the Holy Mosque upon their arrival in the Kingdom, achieving effective cooperation and continuous coordination with relevant entities associated with serving pilgrims, unifying efforts and achieving integrated work, which contributes to the quality of services provided to the pilgrims.
ZATCA emphasized its commitment to providing the best customs services to the pilgrims of the Holy Mosque, in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom's wise leadership – may Allah grant them success. The goal is to facilitate pilgrims’ entry and ensure comprehensive services from their arrival in Saudi Arabia until their safe departure, all while reflecting the Kingdom’s prestigious position in the world, blessed by Allah for hosting the holiest sites on Earth.
