The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) held 19 open meetings and workshops with its taxpayers and customers during the fourth quarter of 2024.

 These sessions discussed the submitted opinions, suggestions, and various topics of interest to taxpayers and customers in the fields of zakat, tax, and customs.​

The meetings included customs clearance agents, exporters and importers in small and medium enterprises, the express transport sector, companies operating in free markets, and the economic operator. During the meetings, challenges facing the participants' business areas related to the services provided by ZATCA were discussed, their opinions and suggestions were gathered, and ways to overcome obstacles they may face were identified.
