On Thursday, 26 December 2024, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) marked the graduation of 483 trainees from its fresh graduate programs. The ceremony was attended by H.E. Eng. Suhail bin Mohammed Abanmi, the Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
The event also celebrated the graduation of 192 trainees from the sixth edition of the "Binaa-Alkafaat" program. This program aimed to qualify Saudi and international university graduates with bachelor's and master's degrees in over 26 fields, including accounting, finance, artificial intelligence, business, marketing, data science, law, and more.
The ceremony also marked the graduation of 291 trainees from the fourth edition of the "Ameen" program. This program, designed for university graduates with bachelor's degrees, covered various fields such as languages, law, business administration, criminal justice, information technology, social work, and public relations. Over the course of one year, the program focused on enhancing both the theoretical and practical knowledge of trainees in customs-related work.
In this context, the official spokesperson for the Authority, Mr. Hamoud Al-Harbi, stated that the Academy is continuing its efforts to attract and support promising Saudi talent. He highlighted the Academy's commitment to developing the knowledge and practical skills of graduates. Through its exceptional programs, such as "Binaa-Alkafaat" and "Ameen," the Authority aims to empower participants to compete in the job market and develop specialized national expertise in Zakat, tax, and customs sectors.
Al-Harbi further added that ZATCA Academy is committed to creating training programs that refine skills and build professional capabilities, in line with the latest global standards. The Academy focuses on recruiting top graduates from leading local and international universities and preparing them to effectively meet the needs of the job market with competence and professionalism.
