Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has launched a new initiative to enhance the service of reprinting Zakat certificates through the E-participation platform. This move aims to encourage the public to express their opinions and suggestions on this matter in an effort to achieve ZATCA's objectives of improving and facilitating the customer experience.
By gathering public opinions, ZATCA aims to enhance the efficiency of Zakat, tax, and customs systems, contributing to increasing compliance, achieving financial sustainability, and supporting the national economy. It also aims to ensure that taxpayers and customers receive the best possible experience.
ZATCA has encouraged the public to participate in the survey and share their opinions and suggestions via the E-participation platform. ZATCA also allows business taxpayers seeking more information to contact ZATCA through the unified call center number (19993), which operates 24/7, or through the "Ask ZATCA" account on X (@Zatca_Care) or via email (info@zatca.gov.sa) or instant chats through the ZATCA's website (zatca.gov.sa).
