The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) continues to receive applications to join the recently launched Fresh Graduates Program (Ameen Program and Binaa-Alkafaat Program). Applications will be accepted until the deadline of 29 June 2024.
In light of these Programs, ZATCA aims to target citizen graduates holding bachelor's and master's degrees in over 30 university majors. The primary objective is to cultivate and enhance the cognitive and applied capacities of trainees in the fundamentals of Zakat, Tax and Customs Sciences. ZATCA is eager to attract excellent fresh graduates from Saudi and international universities to join high-quality programs that enrich their scientific and practical skills and allow them to put those skills into practice in an integrated work environment, enabling them to master the necessary professional skills and customs sciences.
ZATCA stated that the Ameen Program- targets graduates with bachelor's degrees for training with two paths: customs inspection and K9. Meanwhile, Binaa-Alkafaat Program- targets elite graduates from Saudi and international universities who hold bachelor's and master's degrees.
The Programs, according to ZATCA, require the applicant to: (I) hold a bachelor's degree for Ameen Program, with a minimum GPA of 2.8 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5, and a bachelor's or master's degree for the Binaa-Alkafa Program, with a minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4 or 4 out of 5; (II) not be employed or involved in any training program; (III) demonstrate good conduct & behavior, (IV) not exceed 25 years old for the bachelor's holders and 27 years old for the master's holders at the time when applying for the Program.
ZATCA stated that acceptance is conditional upon passing ZATCA personal interview, tests, medical examination, and approval and inspection stage, as well as proficiency in the English Language. Admission will be based on merit, and members of the Programs will receive benefits such as monthly allowances and medical insurance.
