H.E. Eng. Suhail bin Mohammed Abanmi, the Governor of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), stressed that the Flag Day reflects the concern and interest of the wise leadership -May Allah support it- in the history of this country and in all that represents the symbolism and unity of the State.
H.E. said that Flag Day embodies the concept of the State and reflects its historical unity and depth, as well as loyalty, fulfilment, stature and principles on which the State has been founded. The Flag represents an eternal value, as it is a symbol of its power and sovereignty, spread nearly for three centuries. Further, it witnessed the campaigns that Saudi Arabia waged to unify the country.
H.E. added that the Saudi flag reflects the identity and history of the state and reflects its depth, because of its great connotations, which indicate to unification, strength, great wisdom, a symbol of cohesion and national unity.
H.E. ZATCA Governor concluded his speech asking Allah to maintain on this dear homeland the blessing of security, prosperity and welfare under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince-may Allah protect them-.
