The Manual explains all customs procedures for temporary entry, supporting investors and tourist shipping agents working in the coastal tourism sector, and transit and visiting tourists dealing with various tourism maritime transportation means in this sector.
The Manual helps to simplify the procedures for temporary entry of maritime transportation means and foreign yachts or visiting yachts in all tourism ports supervised by the SRSA. Moreover, the Manual focuses on clarifying a range of guidelines, notably the identification of the scope of application for the temporary entry of maritime transportation means used in shipping and maritime tourism activities within the approved geographical scope in accordance with a number of classifications approved by the SRSA.
Furthermore, the Manual is clarifying the beneficiary groups of the temporary entry, the term of the temporary entry, and methods for submitting a request for temporary entry; in addition to identifying the requirements and restrictions of the temporary entry and the obligations of the relevant parties.
