 ZATCA obtains the Top Contact Center in the world award

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has been bestowed the prestigious Top Contact Center in the World award during its participation in the annual Contact Center World conference, held in Lisbon, Portugal, in order to honor leading and outstanding organizations in the field of customer service, with the participation of more than 50 countries around the world.

ZATCA received the Gold Award in the category of Best Unified Contact Center for Outbound Campaigns category, distinguishing itself as the sole Arab entity among global competitors. ZATCA triumphed over government agencies from Germany, Britain, Portugal, South Africa, United States of America, Canada, Brazil, Indonesia, and Turkey. The evaluation process includes several phases according to the highest international standards and through arbitrators with experience in the field of customer service.

The award underscores ZATCA's commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service across all channels. By implementing best practices and enhancing service efficiency and quality, the Authority has consistently exceeded customer expectations. These deliverables are also a result of the ZATCA's receiving the Top Contact Center award in the Middle East, South Africa, and Europe last July.
