The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority concluded its participation in the Saudi Film Festival held by the Film Commission at the Convention and Exhibition Center at the Roshin Front in Riyadh during the period 1-4 October (16-19 Rabi Al-Awwal).
ZATCA participated in the exhibition accompanying the Festival as one of the potential entities for the film sector in the Saudi Arabia through the customs services provided and solutions related to trade facilities most importantly “Temporary Admission of Shipments and Goods". Moreover, ZATCA highlighted this service by holding a workshop within the Festival's activities, focusing on ZATCA's efforts to improve the services provided to customers, enabling holding events in Saudi Arabia through the flexibility of customs procedures according to best practices, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and supports Saudi Arabia's global competitiveness.
ZATCA participation in the Festival also witnessed a show of the recent documentary film "Behind the Scenes of an Invoice", which tells the success stories of the e-invoicing system and its role in supporting the national economy.
The participation of ZATCA is based on its keenness to enhance communication with the stakeholders in occasions, exhibitions and conferences related to zakat, tax and customs areas. This in addition to assuring the role it plays in enhancing the logistic sector in the kingdom through custom service provided thereby, and within its endeavors to support whatsoever can achieve the Kingdom's vision to become an international logistic platform
