The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority encouraged all taxpayers and customers to use the ZATCA App, which is available on the App Store and Google Play. The application includes a variety of services that help taxpayers and customers improve their experience by obtaining services in an automated and timely manner. 

The Authority explained that it has enhanced the application with customs and tax services such as "E-invoice Validation," "Excise Goods Verification," "Submitting and Inquiring About Reports," "Submitting Transactions," "Customs Duty and Tax Calculator," "VAT Registration Verification," "Submitting a Customs Declaration," and "Merchant and Consumer Calculator."

ZATCA sought the (ZATCA App) to be based on three main principles: ease, speed, and efficiency, as it uses tools designed clearly and easily for everyone, from the moment of registration to the implementation of services, while achieving high security and reliability, making it one of the solutions. Advanced technology that provides all of the Authority's taxpayers and clients with a rich experience through important, simple, and smart features.

The Authority emphasized the continued development of its digital services in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which focused on digital transformation and a knowledge economy, and in accordance with its efforts toward the complete transformation of electronic services in all areas of the Authority's work, as the application comes to enrich taxpayers' experiences and facilitate their tasks in obtaining. ​
