Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has launched a new "Request a Workshop" service on its website, targeting its taxpayers, customers and all interested parties. This service allows users to requests workshops for any of the matters related to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's areas of work and tasks.

ZATCA stated that by providing this service, taxpayers, customers and interested parties in general can request a workshop by visiting the service page on ZATCA's website, which will be reviewed to determine the most suitable time for the workshop. This initiative aims to enhance taxpayer awareness of regulations and best practices, optimize the utilization of ZATCA's, in addition to spreading and promoting understanding of zakat, tax and customs among all interested parties.
