Public feedback sought on Customs Card project

T​he Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has launched the Customs Card Issuance Project through the E-Participation Platform (Tafaul), to receive feedback and suggestions regarding the project, no later than September 9, 2025.

ZATCA explained that the project aims to develop the customs card issuance service, identify the challenges, and provide optimal solutions to address them, which contributes to stimulating the economy and enabling the kingdom to become a global center by facilitating trade.

ZATCA affirmed that the customs card issuance project comes as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of zakat, tax, and customs systems, which contributes to raising the level of compliance and commitment, achieving financial sustainability, and supporting the national economy, it also reflects its continuous dedication to raising Zakat, tax, and customs awareness among taxpayers and customers guaranteeing they receive the best experience and ensuring ease of doing business and facilitation of procedures.

ZATCA calls interested parties and the public to participate and share their views regarding the “Customs Card Issuance” project which can be viewed by visiting the E-Participation Platform (Tafaul)​.
