 ZATCA Showcases 42 Development Projects during its Participation in the Big 5 Exhibition

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) concluded its participation in the Big 5 Exhibition, which was held in Dubai with the participation of major companies working in modern construction technologies, all representing about 100 countries from around the world.

ZATCA's participation in the exhibition aimed at showcasing its current and future projects at the ports, showcasing the opportunities available in these projects and the positive impact of their implementation on the level of developing ZATCA's business and services, supporting the national economy, and serving customers of various categories. These projects support ZATCA's strategic objectives by improving the local and regional connectivity of trade and transport networks.

During its participation in the exhibition, ZATCA showcased the investment opportunities available, namely about 42 development projects, under a plan containing development works in many ports, all of which achieve ZATCA's objectives towards developing and improving land ports, improving the efficiency of customs procedures, enhancing the security aspect, in addition to improving customer service as a fundamental and important objective, and contributing to increasing the capacity of cross-border transport.

ZATCA's participation aims at enhancing the Kingdom's role in the global market by displaying and presenting engineering projects, digital solutions, and technologies used in customs ports, which contributes to attracting international companies to provide engineering services, in addition to marketing the services and solutions provided by ZATCA to its customers.

Big 5 is seen as one of the prominent exhibitions in the construction sector for showcasing technological developments in the construction sector, exchanging knowledge with international companies about modern building technologies, and supporting the market for future projects in the Middle East. In addition, Big 5 brings wide participation from +1,000 participants from major companies, distributors of building materials, and companies operating in modern lighting technologies, in addition to a wide presence by building materials industry startups in +100 countries around the world.  ​
