ZATCA receives +11,000 applications for 4th edition of “Capacity Building Program” in collaboration with Wharton School

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) announced that +11,000 applications have been received for joining the 4th edition of Capacity Building Program (CBP) in all eight disciplines announced last June.

In preparation for the final results announcement on August 19 of this year and before launch of the CBP on September 12 of this year, ZATCA began the applicant filtration stage following end of the period set for receiving applications, which started on the 2nd of last June and ended three days ago. CBP will last for one year.

CBP is an academic program implemented by ZATCA's Academy, which is concerned with developing knowledge and honing skills in management and regulation of Zakat, tax and customs. CBP qualifies graduates in a set of training tracks, namely: operations, legal affairs, financial and administrative affairs, analysis and risks, IT systems and digitization, human resources and capital, strategy and development, and corporate communication.

CBP offers several training and financial incentives for the trainees, including, inter alia, attending training programs in collaboration with Wharton School, one of the top 10 leadership education institutions worldwide. CBP also offers medical insurance for the trainee and his family members, as well as registration in social insurance and annual leave. In addition, the trainee receives a monthly financial reward.
